Step 4 Together, the auditee and our consulting partner perform preparatory certification work with workshops and training understanding their roles & responsibilities fulfilling objectives required for the certification of the management system, or the auditee develops necessary skills and related tools and documentation for the management system.
Step 5 The consultant conducts final pre-assessment and delivers the final report before the certification audit.
Step 6 Meanwhile the auditee management completes some of the mandatory audit requirements such as internal audit, management review, and review condition of the implementation standards, determining the readiness of the implemented management system for the certification audit.
Step 7 Audit – Stage 1 Audit – The certification audit process has begun; the consultant will discuss and recommend what might be needed to get thru Stage 2 the audit.
Step 8 Audit – Stage 2 Audit – The Stage 2 Audit, the E4 auditor, will arrive on site, verifies and validates whether the management system is fully compliant and is fully operational as required by the standard and organization requirements. The E4 auditor will evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation, and make an appropriate formal recommendation to the certification body for certification approval.
Step 9 Periodic Surveillance Audit and Maintenance of Management System on a tri-annual basis
Step 10 Our consulting partner will visit auditee regularly to make sure that auditee remains continually compliant, and support management system. Our consultant will periodically communicate and update on any industry events, training courses and products that could maximize the compliance of your management system thru the triannual re-certification schedule.
