Together, the auditee and our consulting partner perform certification preparatory work with workshops and training understanding their roles & responsibilities fulfilling objectives required for the certification of the management system, or the auditee develops necessary skills and related tools and documentation for the management system.

The consultant conducts final pre-assessment and delivers the final report prior to the certification audit.

Meanwhile the auditee management completes some of the mandatory audit requirements such as internal audit, management review, and review condition of the implementation standards, determining the readiness of the implemented management system for the certification audit.

Audit – Stage 1 Audit – The certification audit process has begun; the consultant will discuss and recommend what might be needed to get thru Stage 2 the audit.
